Djordje Mihailovic has been acquired by Toronto FC for an $8 million transfer fee, a club record for Colorado. Toronto is currently in 12th place and is navigating a playoff hunt from the bottom of the MLS Eastern Conference. Djordje made 63 appearances for the Rapids in all competitions scoring 63 times, tallying 18 assists and broke the club’s single-season goal contribution record with 25 goals in 2024. Mihailovic scored a hat trick with the Colorado Rapids and had multiple multi-goal games. He was also selected for the Paris Olympics as a designated player.Â
