LAFC arrived in Colorado with a clear plan of winning all 3 points. LA opened the scoring in the 8th minute through Eduard Atuesta. Thirty minutes later Moise Bombito tied that score at one apiece. After a relatively quiet match the game erupted with goals starting in the 76th minute through David Martinez. Djordje Mihailovic would score in the 83rd minute to tie the game 2 to 2. Two minutes later David Martinez was sent off with a red card. Djordje Mihailovic would score again in the 89th minute to seal the victory for Colorado.Â
